Indie Film Screenwriting Funkadelic Moonshine
Indie Film Screenwriting Funkadelic Moonshine
Indie film screenwriting funkadelic moonshine is thinking juice for the creative mind. Producing an indie film and screenwriting never get old because each time out it’s a different experience. No two movie shoots or screenplays go exactly the same for good or bad. Each story and film shoot has unique personalities, joys, headaches and problems to solve at different stages. That’s the true thrill of writing and producing indie films for many screenwriters and filmmakers.
Filmmakers and screenwriters thrive on chaos and uncertainty. If they wanted to play it safe they would never take the risk of writing or making movies. Indie film screenwriting funkadelic moonshine will warm your creative soul with a buzz that lets your thoughts roam free. It’s hard to make an indie film or write a screenplay if your mind is not focused on the present moment of what you’re doing. Life situations make it easy to get uptight and put creative passions on the back burner.
Keeping a fire for screenwriting and producing movies lit is not always simple as it sounds. Talking shop with other writers and filmmakers has helped me when my creative fire is barely flickering. Finding an inspirational boost from others that are in the trenches of screenwriting and indie film production has been outstanding. When another creative soul shares their funkadelic moonshine with you that could be all you need to continue pushing on to finish a script or movie.
There are so many points during screenwriting and indie film producing where you find yourself mentally and physicals exhausted. This is where networking with other people that share your passion can give you a spark. Those close to you might not understand what you’re going through.
Writing a script or making a movie could be exciting to you and bore the hell out of other people. I’ve been told, “I would go insane with boredom sitting in a room writing a movie. Why do you do it?” To me it’s not boring. I love the rush of creating stories, characters and dialogue. People that have worked on an indie film know that it’s a tough grind that is not glamorous. I still love it from filming to post production.
When my Mason jar of indie film screenwriting funkadelic moonshine is empty it gets refilled by like-minded people that relate to the creative process. I do the same for other screenwriters and filmmakers I network with when they’re running on empty. Words of encouragement and an ear of understanding go a long way to helping another writer or filmmaker out when they hit a creative lull. Getting pulled out of the mud or pulling someone out of the mud is a damn good feeling. It beats the hell out of negative people’s advice to quit screenwriting or making movies.
