We are in post on the first installment of this sexy program that wants to give viewers a Bettie Page (aka Betty Page since I’ve seen it spelled both ways like in this Bettie Page video with Hugh Hefner) meets pin-up models sexy vibe.
The gamble with producing erotic cinema is competing with hardcore online porn readily available for free. Do people still want to see vintage style pin-up models filmed to show tasteful nudity?
We are gambling yes on producing a series of erotic cinema. We are hoping that there are viewers that still want to see erotic cinema with real production value and not just hardcore gonzo style porn shot with zero production value.
The Retro-Tica! erotic cinema series is a complete POV viewing experience with a vintage style of Burlesque striptease shows in that pin-up model theme.
Retro-Tica! will always deliver viewers tastefully and seductive filmed striptease vignettes that still crave the beauty of visual seduction and not just hardcore sex.
The gamble with producing erotic cinema is whether there are viewers that will be satisfied with models that are a throwback to the more natural female body of vintage pin-up models.
In our Retro-Tica! erotic cinema series there will be no sex involved, but we will give viewers a seductive viewing experience that will entice.
Producing indie entertainment of any genre is always risky. After talking to UK based filmmaker Wayne Daniells of LiarDice Films who is the mind who came up with the name Retro-Tica! I felt more confident to invest money in our new joint venture.

Too be honest I enjoy erotic fiction and cinema as a fan more than hardcore adult entertainment. I won’t lie I’ve watched porn, but when it comes down right to it I enjoy erotic entertainment more.
Slice of Americana Films is a two person shop of coproducer Tim “Timbo” Beachum and me. We agreed that taking a gamble on erotic cinema was worth the effort, time and money.
Plus when producing indie entertainment it is always nice when you can split the financial risk, in this case LiarDice Films is matching our funds dollar for dollar, GBP for GBP and Peso for Peso on this erotic cinema venture.
Our first release of RETRO-TICA! is currently in post and we are giving viewers some real cool bonus viewing enjoyment as well.
I’m not ashamed to say I got my start in the entertainment business producing a racy reality series called America’s Wildest Bachelor Parties.
Meet great people, had fun and made the film investors money and made some for myself too. Along with the RETRO-TICA! erotic cinema series we’ve decided to also return to the reality program market.
We filmed in Las Vegas and California really hot and funny stuff. America’s Ultimate Stag Parties (yeah, copyrighted again) is another line of entertainment that Slice of Americana Films and LiarDice Films will be releasing to viewers.
Speaking strictly for Slice of Americana Films we produce a variety of entertainment. We currently have a real SFX horror movie in post with at LiarDice Films that pays tribute to gore shown in the 80s and 90s called PSORO.
We have produced hard-hitting urban action movies as well that have been distributed worldwide. We like the entertainment business and plan on sticking around.
One old school indie producer told me to focus on one type of entertainment. First time I shook off advice from a person that had been down the round before me.
